Rush Lake Trek is a light adventure for first timers in the Karakoram Range. it is the one of the world’s highest alpine lakes and it is Pakistan’s highest lake at an altitute of over 4,700 meters. It is located about 15 km (9 mi) north of Miar Peak and Spantik (Golden Peak), which are in the Nagar Valley. It is the highest lake in Pakistan and 27th highest lake in the world.
It is a high altitude lake located in Nagar Valley, Gilgit- Baltistan, Pakistan near Rush Pari Peak. At 4,694 metres (15,400 ft), Rush is one of the highest alpine lakes in the world.
During the trek you will experience the gigantic views of peaks of Nagar and Hunza Valley. While trekking towards the lake you will cross glaciers, high meadows and terraced fields of beautiful Nagar valley. This is one amazingly refreshing journey as it offers a chance to embrace the wilderness of mother nature.
